Helene Byrne, founder of Be Fit Mom is an expert on helping women improve their fitness before, during and after pregnancy. She specializes in helping women regain their maximum physical potential after having a baby. She says that most people do the exact wrong thing after child birth to help the body and it slow their progress tremendously.
Recovering after pregnancy isn't as easy as you may have thought. But, there are ways, says Byrne, that you can improve your effectiveness and decrease the time spent.
