Cyclists, runners, weight lifters, athletes of all sorts become imbalanced. Pilates will strengthen the weak muscles which will strengthen the whole body and allow it to work better, together.

Pilates is also good for people new to exercise because it can be gentle and less intimidating. Especially, as Pilates On Demand teaches it, in the privacy of your own home.
