In this interview, Glenn speaks with author Jonathan Bailor of the Calorie Myth. Bailor explains how he came to find the secret to healthy, satisfying eating eating without counting calories. His method uses an acronym called "SANE" to help remember how to eat. The simplest way to think of healthy, SANE, eating is to eat foods that are high in water, fiber and protein. Anything else will not contribute to good health or ideal body composition.
