Part 2 of my interview with Alec Steury, colon hygenist. Alec continues to explain why the American public would benefit from colonic treatments. If we all ate high fiber foods, drank plenty of water and didn't eat certain things that gum up our intestines, such as white flour, or have chronic stress, then we wouldn't need colonics. But, since we do, colon hydrotherapy may be beneficial.
