Naim Hasan is a Mental Training Coach who helps his clients become the best they can be and to get out of their own way.

Naim has over 50 years of experience in training and competitive sports with 14 years in National and International TaeKwondo competitions ( 7 gold, 2-Silver, and 4-Bronze medals- Including a Gold medal at the 1988 Olympic Trials).

Naim Hasan is the mental training coach, and part owner, at Horizon Sports where he is one third of the team that uses all of their resources to help people of all ages and fitness levels improve their body, mind and health.

48 Women Are People Too w/ Bob Maves

Bob Maves is an expert trainer with women over the age of 45. He helps them find good health and fitness and their feminine figure. As part of the trio at Horizon Sports, Bob uses video assessment to find a woman's physical strengths and weaknesses to develop a program to complement their physique and fitness goals.

Bob believes that everybody is an athlete, regardless of their profession or recreation. We should all be trained as athletes in order to keep our bodies at maximum mobility. 

He specializes in those over 45 because he feels they need the most help and as a senior himself, he has lots of experience.
