Jay Kim is a self proclaimed desk jockey in the financial industry. He spent his first two years after collage trying to make a name for himself in his new career by working too many hours and having too many drinks in the evening entertaining his clients and eating whatever he wanted - because he deserved it.

Eric The Trainer believes the best way to live healthy is through: Diet, exercise, and plenty of sleep.

Eric The Trainer is a Hollywood Physique Expert with nearly 25 years of experience in physical transformation.  His first book, Hollywood Muscle, which is a  revolutionary muscle-building and fat loss training book that also comes with an online video training course and smart phone app. Eric garnered his knowledge from working in gyms as a person trainer in the two epicenters of fitness, New York and Los Angeles and has spent time, firsthand, with some of the greatest minds in fitness the world has ever produced such as Jack Lalane, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Frank Zane, Richard Simmons, etc.

His techniques are regularly featured in "Muscle & Fitness" magazine (where he sits on their advisory board), TRAIN magazine, and on He hosts the popular tv show "Celebrity Sweat" on Spike TV.  In-flight entertainment on Delta.

Eric is lso a member of the Gold’s Gym fitness institute, where he serves as an expert and global spokesperson for the organization, he has traveled to the Middle East for the past two years to train American troops,  and has taught at the Los Angeles Sheriff's Academy for the past eight years, and has also worked with the LAPD, CHP, and SWAT teams.

Bob Maves is an expert trainer with women over the age of 45. He helps them find good health and fitness and their feminine figure. As part of the trio at Horizon Sports, Bob uses video assessment to find a woman's physical strengths and weaknesses to develop a program to complement their physique and fitness goals.

Bob believes that everybody is an athlete, regardless of their profession or recreation. We should all be trained as athletes in order to keep our bodies at maximum mobility. 

He specializes in those over 45 because he feels they need the most help and as a senior himself, he has lots of experience.

Being flexible is important for physical fitness, regardless of your activity level. Stretching is a clear example of "use it or lose it". If you do not keep yoru body flexible, you will lose your flexibility.

Listen as Amit Younger of Pilates On Demand tells us how Pilates can be a fantastic complement to anything you are already doing. Cyclists, runners, weight lifters, athletes of all sorts become imbalanced. Pilates will strengthen the weak muscles which will strengthen the whole body and allow it to work better, together.

Pilates is also good for people new to exercise because it can be gentle and less intimidating. Especially, as Pilates On Demand teaches it, in the privacy of your own home.

In this episode, Glenn speaks with Lance Landers, the founder of the Atlas Race, a running obtacle course that brings fun and play back into exercise for adults. Kids are encouraged also, but these types of "races" are like recess for adults.

 Lance tells us how he became overweight as a pre-teen and continued on a path to poor health until a few years ago when he had an epiphany moment that changed his life. He was extremely successful in his career, but he decided to chuck all that to work on his body. Because he knew, that if he didn't improve his health, nothing else would matter.
